At the exhibition dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality, the Ministry of Communications presented a large combined stand featuring the main digital developments and technological solutions implemented in the country throughout the years of independence. Large screens display materials about the modernization of the sector, the introduction of new services, and the expansion of national digital infrastructure.
The central part of the exposition is devoted to the capabilities of the postal and communication service “Türkmenpoçta”. The company demonstrates how digitalization helps improve service quality and provides modern services to the population. Visitors can explore EMS services, “Salgydan-salga”, courier delivery, shipment tracking systems, the “Şahsy otag” personal account, online subscription, the “shop.post.tm” marketplace, and many other solutions available to residents of all velayats.
Great interest is drawn to the demonstration of the mobile application “Çapar Pay”. Through the app, users can pay utility bills and fines, purchase railway and airline tickets, access media services, request a courier, and send parcels. Screens showcase the app’s functionality and advantages in real-time.
A separate section of the stand is dedicated to the implementation of international systems “IPS.post” and “CDS.post”. These technologies automate logistics, accelerate international mail exchange, and improve data processing accuracy. Presentation materials illustrate how these systems are integrated into the national postal service.
Also the “shop.post.tm” electronic trading platform was presented, which offers thousands of products. The exposition highlights its role in the development of domestic e-commerce and the opportunities it creates for both producers and consumers.
A significant portion of the stand reveals the Ministry of Communications’ strategic work in the field of the digital economy — from the implementation of the Development Concept for 2019–2025 to the launch of a new program for 2026–2028. Projects related to digital government, cloud technologies, fintech solutions, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity are showcased here.
The exhibition also includes initiatives in the field of AI: adaptive educational services, medical systems, crop analytics, projects on ethical standards, youth hackathons, and plans to establish an Artificial Intelligence Development Center under “Türkmentelekom”.
The combined stand of the Ministry of Communications became one of the most technologically advanced platforms of the exhibition, clearly demonstrating how digital innovations support the country’s economic development and improve the quality of life of citizens under conditions of permanent neutrality.
