
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) Resident Mission in Turkmenistan has announced a vacancy for the position of Project Analyst.
The Asian Development Bank is an international development finance institution headquartered in Manila, Philippines. It has 69 member countries, 50 of which are from the Asia and Pacific region. ADB implements projects aimed at ensuring prosperity, inclusiveness, resilience, and sustainability in the region under its Strategy 2030.
The specialist will provide analytical support to ADB projects and the technical assistance portfolio in Turkmenistan, as well as assist the Resident Mission in financial and administrative matters.
Requirements for candidates:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, accounting, business administration, or related fields;
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience (experience with development projects and technical assistance in international organizations is an advantage);
• Knowledge of procurement procedures, consultant recruitment, and payment processing;
• Experience in project portfolio monitoring, data analysis, and reporting;
• Experience in conducting training events and seminars;
• Fluency in English, Russian, and Turkmen (spoken and written);
• Strong proficiency in office software, including Excel.
