Ashgabat, February 27, 2026 – The State Concern “Turkmengaz” announces an open tender for the procurement of material and technical resources for the needs of the enterprise for the period from February 27 to April 15, 2026.
Only manufacturing companies whose products fully comply with the requirements set out in the tender documentation are eligible to participate. Applications from companies registered in offshore zones or holding bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted.
Tender Lots:
Lot No. 2 – General plant equipment
Lot No. 3 – Electrical equipment, instrumentation and control devices, and cable products
Participants are required to:
Submit a written application indicating the full company name, legal status, country of registration, and banking details.
Review the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works and Provision of Services for State Needs,” an extract from the “Tender Procedure Rules,” and the list of documents required for participation.
Obtain the lot specifications, technical requirements, and main contract terms. Pay a participation fee of USD 500 (or the equivalent in manats) per lot, excluding VAT and bank charges.
Submission of Tender Proposals:
Tender proposals will be accepted until 15:00 (local time) on April 15, 2026.
Applications received after the established deadline will not be considered. One sealed envelope containing the complete tender proposal, duly stamped, must be delivered to the following address: Ashgabat, Archabil Avenue 56, 13th floor, UKPO, State Concern “Turkmengaz.”
The envelope must also contain electronic versions of the application form and main contract terms (Word format), as well as the technical and economic specification (Excel format).
