The reason for the meeting, which took place on February 16, was the fact that the year 2024 in Turkmenistan is held under the motto "The Storehouse of the mind of Magtymguly Pyragy", during which large-scale events dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great poet, philosopher and thinker of the East are held both at the state and international levels.

The art director of the Moscow International Festival of Arts "Sounds of Dutar", composer Mammed Huseynov, introduced Esen Muhammadovich to the program of the upcoming festival.
