A Chinese engineer built a mini subway for his cat
21.08.2025 | 17:30 |A Chinese engineer named Xing spent four months building a unique project: a complete mini-subway system for his Maine Coon cat, Mr. Nice.
The project is more than just a toy; it's a working model with real train cars, a station, and even escalators.
The subway is part of a larger, cozy "Cat City." In addition to the transportation system, the engineer has created several entertainment zones for his pet:
• A billiard room with tiny balls.
• A parking lot for toy cars.
• A home theater with a screen.
• A bank with "cat currency."
The most difficult engineering challenges were synchronizing the doors of the train and the platform, as well as creating a working escalator. Xing solved these problems using 3D printing and improvised materials. According to the engineer, he can even fit into a car himself in case "technical maintenance" is needed.
The project has already garnered tens of thousands of views on social media, where it has been praised for its creativity and engineering precision. The project's creator, Xing, stated that his next goal is to build a mini-airport for his beloved pet.
