
The Belarusian national acrobatics team performed successfully at the second stage of the World Cup in Belgium. According to the press service of the Belarusian Gymnastics Association, the team demonstrated a high level of skill and added three awards to the nation's sports tally, reports BELTA.
The most significant result at the World Cup stage was achieved by Adrian Trofimovich and Daria Minyuk, who won silver medals in the mixed pairs competition. In the men's pairs event, Ilya Fomenkov and Roman Khalimonchik climbed to the third step of the podium. Additionally, the trio of Yana Minevich, Sofia Litskevich, and Ulyana Molchanova won bronze medals in the women's groups category.
In addition to the main competition, the Belarusian athletes took part in the parallel international tournament "Flanders Cup." In that event, Ksenia Stefanchik and Yuri Chernyavsky secured a decisive victory, winning gold medals in the mixed pairs category.
