Summer has arrived in full force in Turkmenistan's capital, with meteorologists forecasting a hot week ahead. Air temperatures are expected to range from +32°C to +41°C.

Monday, June 16, will be the warmest day, with temperatures reaching +41°C during the day and around +25°C at night. On Tuesday, the heat will slightly subside, with highs of +37°C during the day and +28°C at night.

Mid-week will bring slightly more comfortable temperatures. On Wednesday and Thursday, the thermometer will show around +32-34°C during the day and +25-26°C at night.

Temperatures are expected to rise again on Friday, June 20, reaching up to +35°C, followed by a warming trend to +38°C on Saturday. By Sunday, June 22, temperatures will approach +40°C.

Meteorologists advise planning outdoor activities for morning or evening hours, wearing light-colored clothing, and maintaining adequate hydration.
