It was the Great Silk Road, which connected the Turkmen and Chinese peoples, that became a solid foundation for the current comprehensive strategic partnership. He noted that the Turkmen initiative "Revival of the Great Silk Road" and the Chinese concept of "One Belt, One Road" have deep philosophical and practical identity.

In the political sphere, the interaction between Turkmenistan and China is characterized by a high level of trust. Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that the approaches of the two countries coincide on fundamental issues of the global world order.

"Our states resolutely and unequivocally advocate the creation of a strong system of stable and secure international architecture based on equality, mutual respect, justice, predictability and recognition of multilateral interests," the article says.

The President also expressed gratitude to China for supporting Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, emphasizing that Ashgabat, in turn, always speaks openly and principledly on topics that are relevant to Beijing, including those related to the unity and territorial integrity of the PRC.

Energy and transport: the foundation of cooperation

The article pays special attention to strategic partnership in the economy, primarily in the energy and transport sectors.

"Here, I am convinced, our capabilities are colossal. Their use is already yielding impressive results, seriously and in a positive way influencing continental geoeconomic realities," Serdar Berdimuhamedov said. Among the most significant joint projects, the Turkmenistan-China gas pipeline, commissioned in 2009, was named.

"This unique engineering structure is the result of political will, determination of the leadership of the two countries, a reflection of mutual capabilities and potential," the head of state wrote.

The project, according to the President, not only ensures gas supplies, but also serves as a prototype of a fair and sustainable energy security system on the continent.

The development of transport partnership was also named one of the key areas. Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed confidence that Turkmenistan and China are objectively called upon to play a key role in the creation of integrated transport and logistics corridors along the East-West line.

"Today, the technological area of partnership between Turkmenistan and China is especially in demand. In our country, the development of the economy, social sphere, urban development, and manufacturing industries is gradually being transferred to innovative tracks. And we appeal to the Chinese side with a proposal to take part in this process on a mutually beneficial and long-term basis."

Humanitarian ties: rapprochement at the level of peoples

A huge layer of cooperation, as noted in the article, is the humanitarian sphere. The President noted with satisfaction the development of mutual interest in the culture and history of the two peoples, especially among young people.

"Turkmen boys and girls studying in the People's Republic of China absorb the great culture of China and, in turn, are conductors of Turkmen culture on Chinese land," he wrote.

According to the President, thanks to the efforts of the two countries, a system of convergence of values and worldviews is being formed today, a solid foundation for a healthy and positive outlook on the world is being created.
