Engineering Institute Students Won Prizes at the International Chemistry Olympiad

From October 15 to 17, 2025, the 4th International Chemistry Olympiad took place at the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly. This major event traditionally brings together the most talented students from across the country and abroad, testing their fundamental knowledge in the field of exact sciences.
Students of the Institute of Engineering and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan performed successfully at the Olympiad, confirming their strong preparation in chemistry — a discipline critically important for their future professions.
Among the winners:
• Silver Medal (2nd place): Ogulshirin Allaberdiyeva, 4th-year student, majoring in “Technosphere Safety”.
• Bronze Medal (3rd place): Medine Seyidova, 5th-year student, majoring in “Logistics B”.
• Bronze Medal (3rd place): Rozyyew Rozymyrat, 3rd-year student, majoring in “Engineering Systems and Networks”.
The success at the International Chemistry Olympiad highlights the strategic importance of in-depth natural science education for future specialists in logistics, safety, and engineering. Such achievements strengthen the intellectual potential of the country and align with the priorities for the development of the national higher education system.
