Oriented on making people closer

Tourism companies of Turkmenistan, in cooperation with the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Korea, are participating in the 40th Seoul International Travel Fair, held from June 5 to 8, 2025. This was reported by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Korea.

The national booth of Turkmenistan highlights the country’s rich cultural heritage, including traditional handmade crafts and books authored by the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

Visitors to the booth are introduced to Turkmenistan’s tourism potential and its many attractions, such as historical monuments, natural landscapes, and cultural landmarks. Guests also had the opportunity to sample traditional Turkmen snacks and sweets.

Turkmenistan is represented at the fair by several well-known tourism companies, including Aşgabat syýahat, Bagtyyar dostlar, Hazar ugry, and Owadan syýahat, among others.

The country’s participation in the fair underscores Turkmenistan’s commitment to promoting its unique cultural identity and strengthening international tourism cooperation with the Republic of Korea.

The Seoul International Travel Fair (SITF) is a major annual event in the Republic of Korea where countries from around the world present their tourism potential. The fair promotes the development of international tourism, cultural exchange, and business collaboration in the travel industry.
