The culmination will be a grandiose event: the preparation of the legendary "Samarkand pilaf" weighing 7.5 tons! This culinary miracle will be created under the guidance of 75 best chefs, and each guest will be able not only to see, but also to taste this unique dish. The organizers have prepared memorable gifts for the best foreign chefs and a ceremonial awards ceremony in a festive atmosphere.
